Chapter 111 Her Senior Sierra arrived at Jemima's office and knocked on the door.

"Cin." A warm voice cfrom inside, permitting Sierra to gently push the door open.

"Sierra, you're here." Smiling, Jemima waved her over.

Standing beside Jemima was a young man. His eyes lit up the moment he saw Sierra entering. It was as if

fireworks danced in them.

"Ms. Anderson," Sierra greeted respectfully as she politely approached Jemima.

"You haven't met my requirements yet," Jemima teased, pretending to put on a stern face. "You can't call'Ms.

Anderson’ just yet."

Sierra's expression faltered slightly, and she hesitated. "Then... should | address you as my professor?"

Her nervous look—so pure and earnest—made the young man beside them smile involuntarily.

Jemima chuckled as well. "It's been three years, and you're still just as straightforward. You're still the same

you."

Realizing that Jemima was only teasing, Sierra lowered her gaze slightly and smiled shyly.

"However," Jemima continued, shifting to a more serious tone, "I only said | would guide you. You still have to

contribute your effort. Oh, | forgot to ask earlier. Have you been practicing at all for the past three years?"

When she heard Sierra playing the piano that day, she noticed that Sierra's flow was still smooth and natural,

even though the technique was a bit rusty.

Pursing her lips together, Sierra nodded. "My piano is at a friend's house. | don't play regularly, but whenever |

visit her, I'll play for a while."

The piano had always been an escape for her. Whenever she was overwhelmed, just playing a few notes could

ease her mind, like the music could carry all her worries away.

"You're planning to return to piano seriously, then?"

A clear, steady voice rang out from the side.

Sierra turned to look at the young man-it was Cayden.

"Yes, Cayden." She nodded softly.

His eyes gleamed again as his voice betrayed his excitement. "You still remember me?"

Sierra hesitated for a second at his enthusiasm, then chuckled. "Of course. We competed in a duet competition

together, and you taughta lot. How could | forget you?"

Cayden watched her smile, and for a moment, he was caught off guard by how beautiful she looked. His eyes

slightly reddened as he commented, "I thought you might have forgotten aboutafter all these years."

At the sight of Cayden and Sierra's exchange, Jemima silently sighed.

Sierra has always attracted attention.

Three years ago, whenever she played in the piano room, there would always be boys lingering outside,

sneaking glances at her and listening to her performance. Her locker had been filled with confession letters.

Yet, her heart had only been for Benson back then. She never gave anyone else a glance.

Now, three years later, she had grown even prettier and more graceful, a combination that was bound to attract

even more admirers.

Jemima suddenly wondered if bringing Sierra back to school had been a mistake. Would all this attention distract

her from her training?

She cleared her throat twice and had a serious expression. "Cayden, Sierra is only here for a few days to

practice. If she doesn't place in the top three at the Marisol Cup, she won't be staying."

Cayden's brows furrowed. "Ms. Anderson, isn't that too strict? She hasn't been actively playing for years."

If this were the Sierra from three years ago, he wouldn't be worried. Back then, the championship was practically

hers by default.

However, after so much taway, he couldn't help but feel concerned for her now.

"She's not being too strict," Sierra interjected, her voice steady and determined. "I let Ms. Anderson down once

before. This time, | want to prove myself and earn that trust again."
