This wall is perfect, it's completely intact and there are no cracks in the plaster. The other walls are in a bad

Natalie flicks to the next picture, which shows four distinct gouges that are consistent with a wolf's nails scraping
across the wooden floor. The next photo is a clear wolf paw print in the mud, which Natalie tells us is right
outside the building.
“Have you checked for any reports of wolves being sighted in unusual places?” | ask.
“Yes, but there is nothing outside of what would be normal for the county they were spotted in,” she sighs.
“Okay, good work Natalie. Get srest as soon as you can, | tell her before turning to Luke.
“Ready?” He asks and | nod.
“Do we know where we are going first?” Theo asks.
“Yes, there's a hotel in Croatia | want to check out,” Luke nods.

Luke ports us to what looks like was once a stunning hotel with beautiful views. It's such a shto see it like
this and if this was just a sightseeing mission I'd be looking into the place’s history and why it was left to
crumble away slowly like this.
“Remindwhy we chose to holiday in England when we could have cto a place like this?” Theo asks as he
takes in the crystal blue water of the bay we are in.
“Because England is where | grew up. | want the kids to experience it,” | say as we make our way to what looks
like was once the main entrance of the hotel.
| examine the ground carefully as we walk, looking for any footprints in the dusty ground. Theo lets out a screech
and practically jumps into Luke's arms. | instantly go on high alert, looking for a threat, until | see skind of
small lizard scramble into a nearby bush.
“England was a good choice. What the hell was that?” Theo breathes and | roll my eyes.
