Emma'’s lips were bitten until they bled, and her fists were clenched so tight they turned white. She stared at the

floor, her eyes filled with determination.

She thought, ‘I would get back at Elysia for everything | have suffered today, with interest. It is all because of

Elysia. If it weren't for her, everything would go back to how it was before:

After watching the unfold, Elysia stretched and slowly stood up. She picked up a tissue from the coffee

table and offered it to Enuna She said, “Here, wipe your face.”

Emma looked up at Elysia. Elysia’s eyes were filled with disdain for Emma. They were filled with the mockery of a

winner towards a loser. Emma hated that look. She thought, ‘Everyone can say | have lost, but not Elysia.

Elysia asked “Don’t want it?” Without waiting for Emma’s response, she let go of the tissue. It floated down from

mid-air, landing in front of Emma.

Elysia bent down, looked into Emma’s eyes filled with hatred. She whispered, “Do you know why you've become

like this?” She paused for a second. Then she smiled and continued. “It’s because you messed with me. I'm not a

good person to begin with.”
