Chapter 89

Eric said, “Who says | can’t write it?”

Ava replied, “Then why don’t you just go ahead and write one?”

“I will!” Eric started, but then he realized something was wrong and quickly stopped himself.

Ava watched him with a playful smile. “Why don’t you keep going? What were you going to write? Tell me!”

“I'm not going to tell you!”

Ava rolled her eyes, thinking, ‘Eric definitely can’t write like Justin.

erling casually picked up a notebook and flipped through a few pages. Looking at the neat handwriting, he

exclaimed, stin’s notes are amazing!”

Ava said, “This is just the basic move of a study genius!”

Sterling retorted, “Wait, that’s not right-Elysia never takes notes, yet still ranks first!”

“Elysia is a genius; she’s different.”

As they continued to praise her, Elysia raised her hand to quiet them. “Don’t mess up Justin's notes.”

Ava quickly set the notebook down and grinned at Sterling. “Elysia was talking about you! Did you hear?”

Sterling quickly put the notebook on the table. “That was clearly about you!”

The last class was a study session, and Elysia went up to the front with a math textbook. “This session will be a

math review; please take out your textbooks.”

While everyone was getting their books, Elysia added, “I borrowed snotes from Justin in Class 1. After

school, anyone who needs them can ctoto borrow them.

“But remember, you must not damage or soil the notes. If anyone breaks this rule, you won't be able to borrow

any learning” materials fromagain.”

When they heard this, whispers spread among the class. Those were Justin's notes. Elysia had actually borrowed

them from a top student for their sake. It was surprising how much she was working to help them improve their

grades.

As they looked at Elysia standing at the front, feelings of admiration started to grow. Eric said, “Everyone, we

need to study hard; we owe it to Elysia for everything she’s done for us!”

“Eric is right! We must study hard!”

“Don’t worry, Elysia, we won't let you down!”

As the cheers got louder, Elysia raised her hand to silence them. “Determination is good! But it must be matched

with

action.”

“Don’t worry, Elysia, we will do the work!”

Elysia nodded. “With just over ten days until the next monthly exam, we need to make the most of our tand

At her words, everyone opened their textbooks, listening closely as Elysia explained each concept. Even though

the math symbols could have made them sleepy. Elysia’s explanations made them understandable.

It actually becquite interesting if they paid attention. Even if sfound it boring, they couldn't ignore

Elysia’s dedication, even if it meant memorizing, they were determined to learn.

Grace, sitting at the front, diligently took notes. Thanks to Elysia’s extra help, she had finally grasped many

concepts that were tough for her before. Admiring the shining figure at the front, feelings of jealousy crept in

Grace thought. If | had been born into privilege and did well in school, maybe | could be up there, hike Elysia,

helping others. But | haven't! Everyone wants to be the person everyone likes, and | do too!”

A bitter smirk appeared on her face.

After the study session ended, Justin approached Class 6 with a backpack and two notebooks. To his surprise, the

entire class was seated in perfect order, focused on their work.

This was not how he remembered Class 6. They were all paying attention and taking notes, with Elysia at the

front. He could hardly believe such a change had happened so quickly.

As he watched her, Justin's heart fluttered; he hadn't expected Elysia’s charm to inspire such a big change in so

many people.

He smiled softly, choosing not to interrupt but stepping into the hallway to find a spot where he could see the

front clearly. his expression softening.

Feeling someone watch her, Elysia looked up and met his gaze. Noticing the two notebooks in his hands, Elysia

turned to her classmates with a calm voice, “That's all for today; we will continue tomorrow.”

She stepped out of the classroom. “When did you get here?”

“Just now,” Justin replied, handing her the notebooks. “Chemistry and math.”

“Thank you,” she said, taking them from him.

“You don’t need to rush to return the notes.”

“Okay.

Justin looked over Class 6. “Are you tutoring them?”

“Yes.

“Don’t overwork yourself; if you need help, | can pitch in.”

At his words, a playful smile spread across Elysia’s face. “Oh? How do you plan to help, genius?”

“Genius?” Justin laughed. “I'm no such thing compared to you.”

“Don’t be modest,” Elysia said, looking at him with curiosity. “So, what's your plan?”

“If you don’t mind, | can help tutor too.”

Elysia was surprised by his offer; she had thought Justin meant he would help out in other ways. She hadn't

expected him to suggest tutoring.

Typically, someone of his level wouldn't waste their ton what they considered unimportant tasks. Honestly, if

it weren't

for Elysia, Justin would never have even thought about offering to help tutor.

Even with his tutoring, the results in Class 6 might still not be great. But this was what Elysia wanted to do, and

no matter the outcome, Justin would fully support her.

“Are you sure this won't get in the way of your studies?” Elysia raised an eyebrow.

Justin smiled lightly. “You said it yourself; I'm a genius. Plus, while I'm helping them, I'll also be reviewing it’s

pretty helpful.

Elysia wasn’t entirely convinced; she realized that Justin's reassurance was merely to ease any pressure she

might be feeling. The concepts he would cover in tutoring were basic stuff he had mastered a long tago.

Looking at Justin, she gently declined, “I think | can handle the tutoring myself, so it’s not necessary. But thank

you, anyway.”
