Chapter 92
The next morning at ten o'clock, Zane waited patiently at the airport's entrance. When Vincent cout and
saw Za expression turned dark. He turned to Faelan, who was close behind, and snapped, “Did you tell him?”
Faelan looked confused; he had shared the itinerary but only with Alice, not Zane. He scratched his head and
said. “V | only spoke to Alice.”
It didn’t take much thinking to see what had happened. Thinking of Alice softened Vincent's gaze a bit, but he
was sta feel a headache thinking about how Zane still hadn’t gotten married after all this time.
Zane stepped forward, his voice low. “Grandpa.”
“What are you doing here?” Vincent turned his head away and let out a low grunt.
Zane hung his head and stayed quiet. The air grew heavy until Faelan finally said, “Vincent, Zane is out of
goodwill. Ple don’t be mad at him.”
Vincent glanced sideways at Faelan before looking back at Zane. “Do you plan to bring a bride hthis year?
As Zane was about to answer, Faelan jumped in eagerly, “Zane has charm and grace. Many women would be
happy to n him; finding a bride should be easy!”
While he spoke, Faelan waved discreetly to Zane, hoping he'd continue in a way that wouldn't upset Vincent
further; otherwise, they'd both be in trouble.
Zane caught Faelan’s look and replied gloomily, “I will certainly try.”

“Good,” Vincent said as he walked toward the car.
Zane quickly followed, reaching out to steady Vincent. Vincent said, “You don’t need to help me! I'm still quite
strong. Just finda bride, and that will be enough!”
Zane bowed his head and fell silent. Faelan followed behind, taking a deep breath-keeping the peace between
these two was not easy. Fortunately, Vincent was still strong and full of energy, even in his seventies.
Faelan put the luggage in place before taking a seat. Zane asked, “Should we go straight to the Iskoria Villa?”
Vincent said, “No, we're going to Milton School.”
Zane frowned, wondering what Vincent could want there. Before he could ask, Faelan explained, “Mr. Hartley is
looking for an apprentice at Milton School.”
When Zane heard this, he nodded. He hadn't known about Vincent's plan to scout apprentices in Sivro, and Alice
hadn't mentioned it either.
Zane had been too busy recently to notice. Feeling a bit embarrassed, Zane followed them into Milton School Just
as they were about to enter, Vincent shot an irritated look at Zane. “Why are you following us? Go away and find
a bride!”
Zane, resigned, stopped and turned to Faelan, saying, “Take good care of Vincent.”
“Don’t worry, Mr. Hartley,” Faelan promised.
“Enough talk, let's go!” Vincent declared, and with that, he and Faelan entered Milton School,

Since Vincent had arrived a day earlier than planned, the school was as quiet as usual. However, the sight of an
old man and a young man caught the attention of several students.
They couldn't help but wonder what they were doing at their school. Vincent ignored their curious stares, his
goal was to find a talented student, someone whose spirit wasn’t spoiled by the outside world.
Only such a person could stay calm and focused, avoiding the shallow things to create the most meaningful
works. If he couldn't find this person, he would prefer not to take on an apprentice at all.
When they reached the art stuon the second floor, they found a group of students focused on their work,
showing a range of styles, but there was a hint of inexperience. After a while, one student stepped forward,
looking at them suspiciously. “What do you want?”
He had watched them hanging around at the entrance and thought they must be up to something bad. Noticing
the hostility in the student's tone, Faelan frowned. “Please, leave us alone.”
“Why should I?” The student raised his voice, catching the attention of Elysia, who was in the hallway with Ava

Feeling suddenly nostalgic for her elders, she wondered how they had been doing recently.
As Faelan fell silent, the student teased, “Can’t talk anymore?”
Faelan was about to reply when a cool, clear voice came. “Do you understand the principle of respect?”
Everyone turned to look at the source of the voice and saw a beautiful girl with skin as white as snow, radiating a
mix of coolness and a touch of sweetness.
The boy recognized her as Elysia from Class 6; she was well-known in the school, and he didn’t dare challenge
her. As he got ready to leave, Elysia called out, “You haven't apologized yet. Your attitude earlier was
problematic.”
Reluctantly, the boy turned back and said, “I'm sorry.” He quickly left, leaving the others to take in what just
happened.
Elysia watched him go and then turned her soft gaze back to the elderly man before her. “Are you looking for
someone?”
Vincent studied Elysia closely; her eyes seemed remarkably pure. Noticing his silence, Elysia turned to Faelan
and asked again.
Before Faelan could answer, Ava cout of the art stuand rushed to Elysia’s side. “Elysia, I've finished my
painting; we can go now!”
Only then did Ava notice the elderly gentleman. Ava looked closely at him, finding him somewhat familiar.
Suddenly, she exclaimed with joy, “Vincent, what brings you here?”
