| pulled out my phone and opened OnlyKitties to show Felicia my account and all the transaction history | made

on the platform. Her eyes widened, and she gasped. "It really is you! But... but..."

"But what? You thought | was broke, vain, and only wore knockoffs?" | could not help but smile.

| wanted to reveal my true identity but decided against it. If | told Felicia, | feared she would be unable to keep

the secret.

While | did not mind if others found out, | was worried about my three roommates -they might become

uncomfortable around me, hesitate to ask for help when needed, and eventually, our friendship would drift apart.

So, | simply explained, "Actually, | received prize money from that entrepreneurship competition, and | decided

to spend it on you."

Felicia's eyes widened in surprise. "Oh, that competition where you won first place! The prize was 50 thousand

dollars right?"

"Yeah." | nodded.

"And you... you gaveover 20 thousand dollars? More than half of it? Thank you so much." Felicia was clearly

touched and at a loss for words.

| could understand her reaction. After all, no one in their right mind would take 50 thousand dollars in prize

money and donate almost 28 thousand dollars to a streamer they did not even know personally.

"Lettreat you to a meal then!" she offered.

"Sure," | agreed.

Since breaking up with Lina, this was my first teating alone with a girl, and | felt a bit excited. Especially

after seeing Felicia's streaming outfit and her curvy figure last night, | could not help but feel a bit distracted.

At the restaurant, | tried to control my wandering eyes and focused on ordering food instead.

Halfway through the meal, Felicia suddenly asked, "So, | heard you and Lina started dating right when the

semester started. Can | ask what you saw in her?"

| paused for a moment before answering honestly, "She's beautiful. It was love at first sight."

Unlike the polished beauty of other socialites | knew, Lina had a natural, unspoiled charm that caught my

attention.

Felicia chuckled. "Typical guy!"

"It's not about gender. Don't women go crazy over hot guys too?"

"Not me!" Felicia quickly defended herself. "I'm not into pretty boys."

It would not be too surprising if she had a thing for older men-plenty of girls did.

Felicia winked at me. "I like guys like you."

| froze. | was unsure if she was just teasingor if she was actually being serious. My heart started racing, but |

tried to stay realistic.

I knew | was not handsenough for love at first sight, and Felicia had never shown interest inbefore.

Even this morning, she barely looked atwhen saying hello. If she did like me, it was probably because of my

donations, not the real me.

After that reality check, | calmed down. | replied playfully, "Don't flirt with me. | just got out of a relationship, and

if | fall for you, | might not let go."

Felicia adjusted her glasses and smirked. "Yeah, right! | can tell you're not interested inat all!"
